Cally Lilley, APRN-BC

Co-Founder of Anchor Therapy Associates

Cally is a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (aka Nurse Practitioner) in Psychiatric Mental Health. This unique background gives Cally the ability to provide therapy, prescribe medication, and assess medical concerns. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Mind-Body Medicine, DBT, and Executive Coaching.

Cally has worked as a leader at some of the most respected medical systems in the state including, Mass General and Atrius Health. She also runs a private practice where she enjoys offering clients therapy and medication management, as well as executive coaching. 

Her holistic practice offers close collaboration with other providers such as primary care providers, nutritionists, alternative medicine providers and other therapists. She believes that Complementary and Alternative Medicine can be an integral part of a person’s care and understanding the importance of making sure a patient is heard, seen and understood is a foundation for improving over-all health and wellbeing.

Kristin Angell, LICSW

Co-Founder of Anchor Therapy Associates

Kristin is a clinical social worker. With over 15 years as a practicing therapist, she has extensive training in a variety of therapies such as: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Kristin has experience working in a variety of settings — from a woman’s residential program to an outpatient clinic and has held a variety of administrative positions including Chief of Behavioral Health at Atrius Health. She is also a working mom who understands the difficulty of maintaining a work-life balance. Her clinical background and experience allows her to address a wide range of concerns including; life transitions, over-coming traumatic experiences, managing anxiety and depression, recovering from addictions, as well as learning new skills to manage emotions, distress and interpersonal situations/relationships.

Helping people live in accordance with their personal values is central to Kristin’s therapeutic work. Values based living is a vehicle for helping people to achieve more meaningful, vital, and flexible lives.  The aim is for you to see results, approach life differently, and meet your personal goals.

Emily Drachman, LICSW

Emily is a licensed independent social worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts with a concentration in mental health. Emily uses a trauma-informed lens to help adults and adolescents navigate a variety of social, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. She is committed to helping her clients thrive and make meaningful and lasting change. 

Emily graduated from Boston College School of Social Work where she served on the Student Collective Leadership Council. She also has 9 years of experience working in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. She has worked with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, and substance use disorders. She combines psychodynamic insight with evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, ACT, and CPT to help you reach your goals.

Liz Flash, PMHNP-BC

Liz Flash is a board certified Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats adults (ages 18+) with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep/insomnia, adjustment disorders, ADHD and OCD using evidenced-based practices and person centered care.  Person centered care seeks to empower individuals to be active participants in their own mental health care.

Liz completed her graduate nursing degree at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions where she is adjunct faculty.  Liz is able to establish trust and communicate with clients in a therapeutic manner that upholds respect and preserves client’s dignity and autonomy.  

Liz is an active listener who is invested in her patient’s well being. Not only does she know how to connect with her clients and make them feel at ease, she carefully listens for details and asks many questions, so she can accurately diagnose and appropriately treat. She also encourages clients to take an active role, ask questions, and be collaborative partners in their own mental health care.
